This Privacy Policy explains how Sammy Allen, doing business as All Around Web Works ("All Around Web Works," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares personal information through our website at allaroundwebworks.com (the "Site"), our emails, and our related services. We are a web design business located in Louisville, Kentucky.

By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to the practices in this policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

• Contact and quote forms: your name, business name, email address, website address, and anything you include in your message.
• Discovery call booking: when you book a call through our scheduling tool ([Calendly]), your name, email, the time you pick, and your answers to any pre-call questions.
• Email: information you share when you email us.
• Clients: if you hire us, billing contact details, project information, and the content and account access you provide for your website. Payments are processed by [Stripe]. We do not see or store your full card number or bank account number.

Information we collect automatically

• Hosting and security logs: our hosting provider ([Render]) may log technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the date and time of the visit, to run and protect the Site.

Information from public sources (business outreach)
We may collect business contact information that businesses publish themselves, such as a business name, website, and published business email address, from sources like the business's own website and public business listings. We use it only to send a small number of individual business-to-business emails about our services. Every such email identifies us, includes our mailing address, and lets you opt out (see Section 5).

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• respond to your questions and quote requests and schedule calls;
• provide, bill for, and support our services;
• send business emails about our services, subject to your right to opt out;
• run, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site;
• keep business, tax, and accounting records; and
• comply with the law and protect our rights.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising.

We share personal information only:

• With service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy and security terms. These may include: email and file storage ([Google Workspace]), website hosting ([Render]), scheduling ([Calendly]), payments and invoicing ([Stripe]), electronic signatures ([DocuSeal / Dropbox Sign]), bookkeeping ([Wave / Google Sheets]), [form service], and [analytics tool]. Some of these tools may include automated or AI-assisted features used to help us draft or organize our work.
• For legal reasons: to comply with law, a court order, or a legal request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of All Around Web Works, our clients, or others.
• In a business change: if our business is transferred to a business entity we form (such as a limited liability company), or is merged or sold, personal information may be transferred as part of that change, subject to this policy.
• With your consent or at your direction.

4. How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Typically: inquiries that don't become projects, up to [24] months; client and billing records, as long as required for tax and legal purposes (generally at least [7] years); and opt-out (suppression) records, permanently, so that we never email you again.

5. Your Choices

• Opting out of our emails: click the unsubscribe link in any of our emails, reply "unsubscribe," or email [privacy@allaroundwebworks.com]. We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days, and usually the same day. We will keep your email address on a do-not-contact list so we can honor your request.
• Access, correction, and deletion: you may ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [privacy@allaroundwebworks.com]. We will respond within [45] days. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep information we are required to keep by law (such as tax records) or need for a suppression list.

6. Kentucky and Other State Privacy Rights

Kentucky's Consumer Data Protection Act took effect January 1, 2026. Some states' privacy laws give their residents rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of their personal data, and to opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and certain profiling. We honor the requests described in Section 5 for all visitors, whether or not a particular law applies to us. 7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, such as two-factor login, password managers, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and limited access, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

8. Children

The Site is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Links and Client Websites

The Site links to other websites, such as our portfolio sites and third-party tools. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Websites we build for clients are owned and operated by those clients, who are responsible for their own privacy policies and the data they collect.

10. Where Information Is Processed

We are based in the United States, and our service providers process information in the United States. The Site is intended for U.S. visitors.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If we make a significant change, we will post a notice on the Site.
